What is SAWS?

SAWS - the Seasonal Agricultural Workers Scheme has existed for a long time. It is a scheme which allows seasonal agricultural workers from other countries to come and work in the UK for a limited period of time, particularly during the planting and harvesting seasons. Experince has shown that under the Seasonal Agricultural Workers Scheme SAW, many seasonal agricultural workers are willing to return every year to work on the same farm when they are needed.
